What you'll do

Ropeswing Hospitality Group, a dynamic collection of restaurants, bars, and experiences, is seeking a talented and strategic Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for leading the organization’s sales and marketing strategies across local markets while acting as the Brand Ambassador for our diverse hospitality units.

The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with a passion for storytelling, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of marketing and sales strategies. This fast-paced role requires exceptional project management skills, creativity, and the ability to deliver impactful campaigns and sales initiatives that drive revenue growth and community engagement.

Compensation: Pay commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

Marketing & Branding

  • Own the marketing portfolio across digital, social, and traditional media platforms, ensuring all initiatives align with RSHG’s brand values and business objectives.
  • Create and execute engaging campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Develop and manage our portfolio of websites, ensuring they remain visually compelling and user-friendly.
  • Craft creative, on-brand content and copy for social media, email marketing, promotional materials.
  • Conduct frequent photography and video sessions to gather content for our various channels.

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue across RSHG’s restaurants, bars, and experiences.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities for our hospitality units.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local organizations, and community partners to secure business.
  • Manage sales pipelines and reporting of certain initiatives to ensure revenue goals are met or exceeded.
  • Collaborate with General Managers to create offerings that enhance experiences and align with revenue targets.

Community Engagement & Media Outreach

  • Act as the primary liaison with media outlets, influencers, and community partners to amplify brand stories and secure meaningful coverage.
  • Represent Ropeswing Hospitality Group at networking events, community activities, and industry functions to strengthen the group’s reputation and reach.
  • Plan and manage events, programming, and partnerships that enhance guest experiences and drive revenue.

Insights, Reporting, & Collaboration

  • Provide regular reports on marketing and sales performance, analyzing key metrics to refine strategies and maximize impact.
  • Monitor industry trends, customer insights, and competitive activity to inform sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations and culinary to align efforts and achieve business goals.

What You'll Need To Be Successful

  • Associates degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or another related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience.
  • Photography and graphic design experience are highly valued.  
  • Proven experience in the hospitality, F&B, or lifestyle industries is highly valued.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives.
  • Creative flair and a strong understanding of brand storytelling and design.Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
